Hukseflux manufactures specialty sensor products for high intensity solar concentrator boiler heat flux measurement applications. Consulting and custom sensor prototyping services are also available upon request for extreme flux measurement application. See reference users for application use and applicable sensor products.

Solar Concentrators
Hukseflux offers a range of specialty sensor products for high to extreme intensity thermal measurement research, including solar concentrator applications; these sensors are not part of the standard delivery program, and are not listed in the standard products listing.

Hukseflux also offers a range of standard water-cooled high intensity Schmidt-Boelter type heat flux gauges/sensors for concentrated multiple sun solar renewable energy applications. See SBG01 Heat Flux Sensor series for product description and specification details.

For routine DNI (Direct Normal Incidence) solar irradiance measurement research, the Hukseflux DR01 and DR02-FR First Class Pyrheliometer models are the instruments of choice; also see MiniTrak II Solar Tracker

Can't find what you're looking for? Hukseflux works in cooperation with manufacturers, research institutes and industry, to engineer and manufacture sensor products for specialized thermal measurement applications. Please contact your local Hukseflux sales office for additional information on engineering and consulting services.

In addition to the standard high intensity thermal sensor range, Hukseflux also offers specialty sensor products on request for high intensity hot water/steam solar trough and solar concentrator applications. Hukseflux high intensity heat flux sensors can be custom welded onto the exterior of solar boiler tubes, for continuous heat flux measurement under peak operating capacity. Hukseflux heat flux sensors can also be installed within modified boiler tube sections. Please consult with your local Hukseflux sales representative for details on specialty measurement applications and products.

For global solar insolation, POA (plane of array) global, or global diffuse irradiance measurement, see Hukseflux SR11 and LP02 pyranometer models.
