Material Science
Hukseflux offers specialized turnkey measurement systems for thermal conductivity and/or thermal resistivity analysis of plastics, composites and electrical insulation materials. The THASYS measurement system is designed for thermal conductivity analysis of thin film plastics, in addition to fabrics, paints and foils.

The THISYS measurement system is intended for thermal conductivity analysis of thin sheet samples with high thermal conductivity characteristics (e.g. metals, alloys and high conductivity plastics).

The THASYS and THISYS systems offer material testing researchers maximum thermal analysis capabilities for thin film and sheet plastics, metals and composite materials.

For thermal resistance and transmittance studies requiring high measurement sensitivity and resolution (e.g. thermal properties analysis of building envelops and walls), the Hukseflux TRSYS01 system is intended specifically for high accuracy thermal resistance and transmittance analysis applications. Employing high accuracy differential temperature measurements via a matched pair of thermocouples, and time averaged heat flux measurements via a pair of Hukseflux heat flux plates/sensors, the TRSYS01 system achieves consistent high precision thermal resistance/transmittance measurement results. The TRSYS01 system methodology is compliant to ISO-9869, ASTM C1155 and C1046 standards.

Hukseflux also offers specialized turnkey system solutions for Thermal Conductivity measurement applications.

TPSYS model turnkey measurement systems are ideally suited for thermal conductivity analysis of oils, pastes, powders and suspended materials.

The BS01 Belt Heat Flux Sensor is ideal for in-service heat flux measurement and testing of oil pipelines.
